Customer Journey Mapping

In 2017, companies must excel at customer journey mapping.  CJM will be the next big thing.  With the collapse of brick and mortar, customers must have a seamless eCommerce or digital experience.  The lead to conversion process will need to be well thought out across the CJM ecosystem.  Consumers now have too many competitive options.  Products will become niches with total satisfaction promised and delivered.  It will separate winners from losers.
